D-Formation is the last and final pseudonym chosen by Dimas Carbajo, owner and greatest exponent of the Beat Freak Group Recordings. With an extensive history of music production and dj’ing, Dimas Carbajo is one of the most talented and respected artist in the electronic music industry. Dimas’ label, Beat Freak Recordings is probably one of the most respected labels in the global house scene beyond his other imprints of the past: T.U.S.O.M, Intenso Recordings, Distinto Recordings and Menta.
D-Formations performances do not reach limits, appearing in events such as the massive Black & Blue Montreal Festival, Formula- 1 Malaysia Opening Party, Freedom Festival, Cordoba (Argentina), Rock In Rio n and not to forget his residence in Stereo Club in Montreal. Obtaining awards as the Best Spanish producer by DJ1 magazine, Best House Label by DJ magazine, DJ MAG ranked D-Formation in position 39 (2006) of the world’s best DJ’s and several nomination as Best House Spanish DJ every year.

The magic musical touch by D-Formation has been confirmed by countless remixes and requests for collaboration. His currently close collaborations with Toolroom, Mark Knight’s label and Sharam (Deep Dish) for Yoshitoshi Recordings and other Yoshi labels establish D-Formation as one of the world’s hottest producers. Today D-Formation embraces the great challenge of being considered a master of the dance floor, no doubt he deserves such a title!
